Trust and Safety/Legal
Acceptable Use Policy
EzAdmin gives staff real power over people's accounts. These are the rules for using it, and they apply to every server and game, on every plan.
You may not use EzAdmin to
- Harass, threaten, dox or target anyone, including through public ban lists, appeal replies or announcements.
- Discriminate against people for who they are, or publish hate speech.
- Share sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises minors. We report it to the authorities.
- Run scams, phishing, or anything that collects people's passwords, tokens or payment details.
- Connect or control a server, game or channel you do not own or have permission to manage.
- Break the law, or the rules of Discord or your game's platform.
Moderating fairly
Bans that reach your game, alt detection and anti tamper are strong tools. Use them for what happened in your community, not to settle personal disputes, and not to punish people for things outside it. Ban reasons should be true. Anti tamper reports and alt scores are signals for a person to weigh; do not publish them as accusations.
Currency and purchases
- No gambling with in game currency or items that can be bought with, or sold for, real money.
- No selling in game currency or items for real money through transfers where your platform forbids it.
- Receipts must describe real purchases. Do not report purchases that did not happen.
The service itself
- Do not overload, probe, scan or attack EzAdmin, or try to reach data that is not yours.
- Do not get around plan limits, rate limits or permissions, or share one plan across servers.
- Do not reverse engineer the bot or dashboard. Changing the SDK and scripts in your own game is allowed under their license.
- If you find a security problem, report it privately as the security page describes, and do not use it.
Reporting misuse
If a server or game is using EzAdmin against these rules, open a ticket from the support page with the server or game, what happened, and screenshots if you have them. We do not tell the server who reported it. Anything illegal can also be reported to Discord and to the platform the game runs on.
What we do
Depending on how serious it is, we warn the owner, switch off a feature, remove a public page, or suspend EzAdmin in that server or game. Serious or repeated breaches can end access for good, without a refund for the time left. We tell the owner why when we can, and they can ask us to look at it again.
We can also ban a person or a whole Discord server from using EzAdmin, for a set time or until we lift it, for reasons such as payment fraud, abusing EzAdmin or its staff, raiding, getting around an earlier ban, or breaking these rules. A banned person cannot use EzAdmin's commands, the dashboard or checkout, and every command in a banned server is refused. They see the reason, and can appeal by opening a ticket in the EzAdmin Discord, which stays open to them.
