EzAdmin can ban people from games they love and touch the currency they earned. That only works if communities, players and developers can trust it. This page is how we earn that.

Our principles
A person decides
Alt scores, anti tamper reports and player reports go to staff with buttons, not straight to a ban. Automatic action only happens where an owner switched it on and chose the threshold.
The least access that works
The bot asks only for the Discord permissions its commands use and never for Administrator. Your PlayFab key is stored encrypted and you can delete it any time.
Nothing runs that a customer typed
Game settings, news and messages are plain data: text, numbers and switches, checked and bounded. No code from a customer ever runs on EzAdmin.
Players' data is not a product
We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or train models on it. Public ban lists never show names.
Moderation is never paid
Every ban, player report, alt check and audit log is free on every plan, and always will be. Anti tamper is on paid plans.
Plain words
The site says what EzAdmin does and what it does not, in sentences. When something is not supported, it says No.
Fair treatment for players
Players never chose EzAdmin; the community they joined did. So they get protections no server can switch off.
Linking is a choice
Nobody's Discord is tied to their game account until they link it themselves, and /unlink undoes it at any time.
Profiles are private by default
A player's Discord profile is hidden from other players until they turn it on with /profile.
A way to appeal
Servers with appeals give banned players a form and a conversation with staff, without ever meeting the people who banned them.
Control over DMs
Receipts, transfers and role-item messages can each be turned off with /notifications. EzAdmin never sends advertising by DM.
Anonymous public lists
A game's public ban and warning lists show reasons and dates, never names or IDs.
Their data, on request
Any player can ask what EzAdmin holds about them, and have it corrected or deleted. The Privacy Policy explains how.
What EzAdmin can and can't touch
- A PlayFab key is stored encrypted and used only for the calls EzAdmin makes
- Permissions per job: lifting a ban, granting items and switching the game off are separate, and Discord's Administrator never unlocks them
- An audit log of every action, by whom and when, that nobody can edit
- EzAdmin support can only open your dashboard when you let them in, for a limited time
- Transfers are checked against your rules and carried out by your game, so a transfer is never half done
Anti tamper without snooping
It looks at your game's own process and folder. It never reads players' files, takes screenshots or runs as a kernel driver.
Labs, switched on by you
Newer features are off until an owner turns them on, and off again in one click.
Your scripts, readable
Every file you install is on the website in full before you download it.
No lock-in
Remove EzAdmin any time. Your game keeps its own data, balances and bans list.

A server or game misusing EzAdmin
Harassment, unfair bans used to target people, scams, or a game connected without permission. Open a ticket on the support page and choose Report a server or player.
A security problem
Open a Bug report ticket, say it is a security report, and keep the details out of public channels until it is fixed. More on the security page.

To see, correct or delete what EzAdmin holds about you, open a ticket and choose Privacy or my data.
