Cancelling
Cancel any time from your receipt. You are not charged again, and the plan stays active until the time you paid for runs out. After that, the server returns to the free plan for that game. Nothing you set up is deleted.
Refunds
- A plan that never applied. If you paid and the plan never reached your server, and we cannot fix it, we refund that payment in full.
- A charge after cancelling. If you were charged after you cancelled, we refund that charge.
- Paying for the wrong game. If you bought a plan for the wrong Discord server or game, tell us within 7 days and we will move it or refund it.
- Everything else. A month that has already started is not refunded, unless the law where you live gives you that right.
Asking for one
Open a Billing ticket from the support page with your claim code and the receipt number. Never post card details.
